UNOMENA is looking for motivated Sales and Marketing Representatives to help us grow our client base and sell our services. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can help them. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our services.
- Present our services clearly and compellingly to potential clients, highlighting key benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Keep track of sales metrics and report regularly on progress toward targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
